Customer Service Specialist with French and English/ Russian
- ongoing service of foreign trade transactions,
- preparation of commercial documentation,
- contact with customers via phone and e-mail - providing information, solving problems,
- researching customer needs and possibly proposing alternative products.
- speaking and writing French and English/Russian at a minimum level of B2,
- relevant University degree (English studies, Economic studies etc.),
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- excellent collaboration and communication skills,
- category B driving licence,
- experience in professional work in the area of customer service would be a great advantage.
