Customer Service Specialist with French and English/ Russian




  • ongoing service of foreign trade transactions,
  • preparation of commercial documentation,
  • contact with customers via phone and e-mail - providing information, solving problems,
  • researching customer needs and possibly proposing alternative products.

Job requirements


  • speaking and writing French and English/Russian at a minimum level of B2,
  • relevant University degree (English studies, Economic studies etc.),
  • good knowledge of MS Office,
  • excellent collaboration and communication skills,
  • category B driving licence,
  • experience in professional work in the area of customer service would be a great advantage.
