Your Role and Responsibilities :

Contract Management Specialist (CMS) is a process based role covering a portfolio of contracts or a stand-alone contract. CMS is to manage the execution of specific portion of the Program Management System in order to support delivery of business objectives for the assigned accounts/ portfolio of accounts. Business objectives include financial – baselines, deliverables, customer satisfaction, audit readiness, business controls and other administrative postures and adherence to standard processes and global tools.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will support Project Executive and Lead Contract Commercial Manager, basic leadership skills are required to orchestrate different functions supporting the Account, cooperating with other account team members to ensure delivering cost savings and improved margin for the contract, whilst supporting quality and service standards.

Business responsibility:
•    Facilitate the management of the contract processes in order to achieve contract performance targets
•    Ensure smooth execution and management of monthly closing activities or any other regular activities
•    Work on continuous process improvements and team collaboration within the same account/ portfolio or across countries to work on process harmonization
•    Act as Subject Matter Expert in assigned scope of processes
•    Ensure contract auditability at any point of time
•    Support and advise contract with critical situations and implement plans in collaboration with the Account executive team to increase customer satisfaction
•    Manage baselines, deliverables, contract changes, risks and issues, work at risk independently and proactively approach accounts with improvements
•    Audit management; responsible for proactive reviews, documentation and approvals for the contract

•    Support the account team, internal and external stakeholders
•    Coordinate other departments and center functions involved in account operations
•    Drive innovations in order to ensure required levels of efficiency and automation
