Barista / Bartender

Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
- Prepare and serve beverage orders
- Prepare working station and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Manage cultural needs and expectations of guests
- Upsell and identify of additional revenue opportunities
- Assist in all restaurant/bar related tasks as assigned by the F&B Manager
- Maintain positive teamwork at all times
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Job requirements
Requirements
- Relevant experience within a bar/restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment
- Fluency in English Good command of a second language (German, French) would be a plus
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus
- Have good computer skills
Skills:
- Be a person with enviable customer service skills
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to assess customer satisfaction and response
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Team Player
