French cuisine with a modern twist
Enjoy our French cuisine with a modern twist in our stylish Brasserie decorated with unique CoBrA-artworks, or visit our terrace alongside the Herengracht canal (in summertime).
We serve our dishes in the Brasserie or in your hotel room. Or have a drink or bite at the Library Bar, where you will find a unique collection of more than 5000 books, all signed by authors who have stayed at the Ambassade Hotel. We serve classic cocktails, a selection of the best beers and delicious cappuccinos.

Koan Float is our unique wellness centre located just a few metres away on the Herengracht. Reduced rates apply to our hotel guests.
