Contract Management Specialist - UK and Ireland

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Contract Management Specialist on dedicated account within UKI market (primary focus on Baseline management).



Tasks to cover: 

•    Oversee and manage the data collection for billings from the delivery team in India while supporting the Financial Analyst and the Contract Commercial Manager.

•    Run a first review of the consumption reports before reporting major changes or incongruencies to the Contract Commercial Manager. 

•    Reconcile data for billing (recurring charges inputs, adjustments, calculations, pre-billing packs for the client etc.) and consolidate them.

•    Assist in data management, ensure master data integrity in key systems, identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues, define and implement data controls to ensure that data are accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.

•    Prepare ad-hoc commercial analysis and develop presentations to support business reviews 

•    Daily communication with a client (calls, emails) and writing meeting minutes

•    Support Financial Analyst during closing activities

•    Submit new signing loadings in cooperation with the Request For Services team and the Finance team

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

•    Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills 

•    Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis

•    Assertive, effective communicator (C-suite)

•    Advanced Mastery of Excel (Formulas used: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE)

•    Basic knowledge of Finance and Billing

•    Interest in the actual services delivered by Kyndryl is a plus
