As the Early Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring graduate and early talent candidates interested in becoming part of the AT&S team. As such, we are looking for a passionate, open-minded and creative recruiter with a desire to drive forward results.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with recruiting managers to forecast Graduate hiring demand across multiple geographies and business units
  • Participate in the full-cycle recruitment Planning and Execution of various AT&S University/Graduate traineeships to include, such as technical and non-technical internships, co-operation programs and rotation programs
  • Work with the global Learning & Development team to manage Graduate Development Programs 
  • Create and deliver a proactive and innovative candidate University/Campus/Schools Sourcing & Engagement Strategy for international AT&S locations 
  • Build relationships with key University stakeholders to successful implement campus engagement strategy
  • Support coordination and represent AT&S at Universities and Graduate recruiting events
Anforderungen an die Stelle

Your Profile

 

  • Early Talent recruitment experience (e.g., Graduate Recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs for Graduates
  • Good understanding of local labor and talent markets, salary levels, employment laws and recruitment practices
  • Skilled with direct sourcing methodologies and channels (incl. Social Media)
  • Ability to conduct initial screening of identified active and passive external candidates
  • Fluency in English and German

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 55.000,- Euro.
