Following Indie Campers' expansion path, we are seeking a qualified and motivated B2C Sales Team Leader to scale the RV Sales Division selling and managing the team of sales directly to our private customers. The position is based at Indie Campers' headquarters in Lisbon.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieves annual sales plan and targets by empowering direct reports to execute their roles and achieve their objectives and goals
  • Provides weekly sales activity reports to management
  • Provides day to day direction, leadership, and coaching to remove barriers as needed
  • Managing sales and maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Undertake a variety of activities to educate and/or promote new and existing products to target audiences (ex. Coordinate Open days with the Field Sales Representative)
  • Monitoring sales performance across all channels
  • Supervision and training of all our team members of the fleet sales specialist
  • Managing customer relationships and selling directly to our B2C customers via phone, email or social media
  • Maximizing team moral and incentivizing the individual members to sell as many campers as possible, while leading individual sales yourself

Who you are:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor (1/2 years) in a B2C environment, preferably in the motor vehicle industry
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
