• Table service, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service, exceeding customer expectations;
• Functions in accordance with HACCP standards;
• Functions in accordance with luxury hospitality standards;
• Preparing the rooms and arranging the furniture and equipment necessary for the execution of the restaurant and bar service;
• Preparation of starters and couverts;
• Receiving clients, according to the imposed standards;
• Presentation of the respective menu, providing information/suggestions and recording requests, taking into account the full satisfaction of the customer;
• Articulation with the different services, communicating requests, receiving and transporting the food and drinks to be served;
• Communicating with customers in the appropriate language, according to the imposed standards;
• Serving starters, main courses, desserts and other food items;
• Serving drinks whenever necessary;
• Preparing, making and decorating drinks;
• Carrying out the carving and stripping service whenever necessary;
• Control of the bar service, appetizers, coffees and drinks requested to the bar and room service;
• Support in the registration, control and verification of the release of food and associated products consumed by customers;
• Cleaning and maintenance of the furniture and equipment allocated to the restaurant and bar.
