J.S. McCarthy is now recruiting for qualified industrial painters for upcoming work nationwide across Ireland. We are a service-oriented company offering a full range of industrial coating and lining applications, fireproofing and consultancy. With over 130 years of experience in the Irish market, we have earned a reputation for performing quality work, safely and at the best value.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Application of specialist coating by brush and spray
  • Surface preparation by various means
  • Grit blasting
  • UHP washing

Key requirements of the role:

  • Completed Paining & Decorating Apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
  • Good working knowledge of English is essential
  • The candidate must be prepared to travel as the work can be based nationwide
  • Completed Heath and Safety training would be an advantage
