SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver the Slopehelper (autonomous electric agricultural vehicle) to customers in Italy and prepare it for the operation / demonstration

Provide full customer support in Slopehelper management (demonstrate, teach, acquire feedback)

Perform basic field diagnostics and troubleshooting

Attend technical meetings

Perform maintenance of demonstration equipment (repair, clean, keep organized)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience

- Mechanical skills (working with tools such as screwdriver, wrench, pliers, etc.)

- Clear and understandable speech

- Punctuality, responsibility

- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills

- Candidates should enjoy working with people in the FAE / AE technical support role and be well organized

- The communication language is English
