Sovino Brands is a chain of leading restaurants in Copenhagen. The restaurants are managed according to individual concepts and independent brands, focusing primarily on casual fine dining. Sovino Brands comprises 18 restaurants located in the inner city of Copenhagen. The restaurarants are fully facilitated by a back-office with functions such as HR, Accounting, IT etc.

The group is well-established since 1990 and keeps growing their presence in the inner city of Copenhagen in well-known locations such as 'Kongens Nytorv' and 'Galleri K'.
