For the international hotel chain NH in the Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate for the position of Chef de Partie.

Quality and consistency are 2 important elements in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie of NH Collection Barbizon Palace. you report directly to the (Sous) Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and the product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an 'extraordinary' culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.

You aspire a career in the kitchen and that is why you are motivated to get to know all the different kitchen stations and thus further develop yourself into a real professional.

You are creative, hands-on mentality, and eager to exceed expectations

You are guest-oriented, positive attitude and can work in a team as well as independently.

You have a diploma in Food Production, or mastered the skills.

You have experience in a 5* property or in a fine dining restaurant.

2nd contract is a permanent contract. Salary: € 1945,96 - € 2393,31 depending on the postion. higher positions will have a higher salary. first 2-3 weeks possibility to stay inhouse to give you the possibility to find suitable accomodation
