Scope of responsibilities:

Preparing aircraft and components for painting process, including, masking, washing and sanding

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
-
Mixing the primers and paints according to manufacturer’s specifications, obey internal procedures and rules

Maintain professional work habits at all times
-
Spraying primers, paints, basecoat and clear coat finishes as per job instructions, pre-established guidelines or as per direct supervisor instructions
-
Spray / apply high quality finish with various type of coatings
-
Typical reports to direct supervisor/s for assigned tasks
-
Work in confined/limited spaces and not afraid of heights
-
Work in compliance with all Administrative, Health and Safety policies and procedures as per legislative requirements and as outlined in Company policies.

Perform work in a productive, diligent, careful and safe manner
Requirements:
- You have at least secondary or vocational education
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written in English and Estonian language skill

You have worked 1 or 2 years previously as a painter such as bus, boat, car or Industrial painter.

Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, understand and follow directions with minimal supervision

Has knowledge and skills of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (also polishing)

You comprehend Russian language
-
Painter should be fine with wearing full face respirator

Ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
-
You have clear background (no criminal record)
